Reading and understanding the Bible
is a common struggle for Christians.

Vision

See every Chrisitan confident in their ability to know and
understand the truth of Jesus in his Word.

Problem

Reading and understanding the Bible is a common struggle for Christians.

Research shows that without proper Bible engagement, faith drifts and spiritual growth stalls. There is a desire to know God’s Word, but knowing where to start feels out of reach.

Solution

Basic Bible training with a clear starting point—the red letter words of Jesus.

Psalm 119:130 says “The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple” (ESV).  This scripture shows us that the Lord intends his written Word to be read and understood. Basic Bible training empowers people to step deeper into reading and understanding God’s Word.

Growing with Jesus

Connor - My relationship with Jesus has grown through Red Letter Basics in that for the first time in a long time, really ever, I am diving into my Bible. In college I would go to the occasional Bible study, but now I actually enjoy it and learning what I actually believe and to know what I am standing for. This helps me to really dive into the Scripture instead of just checking off a list that I read the Bible.”

A love for Scripture

Ross -As we went through the topics, I began to rekindle a love for Scripture and God's Word and Truth. Red Letter Basics has given me more of an understanding on how to do that well. There are passages that I have read for years and even memorized, but doing it the way Red Letter Basics teaches you, it felt like I was looking at it for the first time.

Security in my faith

Preston - I have to say, after delving into Red Letter Basics, I definitely feel a reinforcement and security in my own faith. I gain relief from the fact that when I'm in a particular circumstance, or have a certain curiosity on a subject, I have Red Letter Basics to reference for getting a direction towards Truth on the matter."
